Tea Towel, Kitchen Towel, Embroidery Paris In the Spring Design
Embroidery kit for beginners and advanced sewers alike. Inspired by my love of cities, this kit includes a Certified 100% Organic Flour Sack, Cotton Kitchen Hand and Dish Towel - Extra Large 27x27 inches with the design drawn on it. DMC threads (Oeko-Tex 100 certification) in the colors shown and an illustrated instruction card made on recycled paper and printed with soy inks.
It is a creasy fabric, but the pattern is even throughout. If you look at the Wildflowers tea towel listing I did iron that one, so you can see the difference. It is a lovely soft fabric.
You will need embroidery scissors, an assorted packet of embroidery needles and an embroidery hoop to complete this kit. I do have a listing for an embroidery starter kit that includes all those items in a lovely organic cotton bag.
This embroidery design is suitable for beginners and advanced sewers alike, it would make a lovely gift, or beautiful towel for your kitchen.
Embroidery is very relaxing and peaceful. it's great to take a break from screens and do something creative (of course you can do it while you watch TV too). : )
Embroidery has a long history, there are records going back thousands of years! It's fun to think you will be joining a long line of embroiderers as you start your kit.
I live in New York City and am so inspired by the beautiful scenes around me. I am excited to share my favorite spots in my designs. Look out for more designs in the coming months.
Please message me if you have any questions. Happy sewing!
